Dear Members of Green Camp United Methodist Church,
There will be a meeting on August 31st at 7:30 PM to have an official vote to either stay United Methodist or disaffiliate.
The meeting will be conducted by D.S. Jim Wilson of the Western Lakes district. When you arrive there will be a “member” check in. Once that is done proceed to the sanctuary to wait for voting. I’m not sure how D.S. Jim Wilson will conduct the meeting but there will be voting by paper to insure privacy.
Please be aware only members can vote and it must be in person only.
